TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE “STRONG WOMEN IN IT 2025 GLOBAL EDITION” REPORT
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the rules for participating in the “STRONG Women in IT 2025 GLOBAL Edition” initiative (“Initiative”).
1.2. The organizer of the Initiative is FUNDACJA NETWORK CREATIONS, based at Łazy 32, 25-677 Kielce, Poland, entered in the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000610581, NIP: 9591971064, REGON: 364103070 (“Organizer”).
1.3. The Initiative runs from May 12, 2025 to July 31, 2025. Entries submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
1.4. The purpose of the Initiative is to prepare a report showcasing women holding leadership positions in the technology industry (“Report”).
2. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
2.1. Participation is open to any woman who has full legal capacity and currently holds a managerial or executive position in the IT-Tech industry (“Participant”).
2.2. Participation in the Initiative is voluntary and free of charge at all stages.
2.3. A Participant may withdraw from the Initiative at any time by notifying the Organizer at: [email protected]
2.4. Entries may be submitted in the following categories:
- 2.4.1. Corporate;
- 2.4.2. Start-up and SME sector.
- 2.4.5. NGO
2.5. Participants may be nominated in one of two ways:
- 2.5.1. Self-nomination;
- 2.5.2. Third-party nomination, provided that the nominating person has obtained the nominee’s explicit consent for participation, including being contacted by the Organizer and agreeing to these Terms. The third party is responsible for securing this consent prior to nomination.
2.6. All nominations must be submitted electronically via the application form available at:

2.7. Upon receipt of a valid nomination, the Organizer will contact the Participant to confirm her willingness to participate and will send her a questionnaire along with instructions.
2.8. Questionnaires must be submitted no later than July 31, 2025. Questionnaires submitted after this date will not be considered.
2.9. Each Participant may submit the questionnaire only once.
2.10. Submission is considered complete once the completed questionnaire reaches the Organizer’s email server.
2.11. Submitting the questionnaire is a mandatory condition for inclusion in the Report.
2.12. By submitting the questionnaire, the Participant agrees to the use of her name, company name, and logo in the Report, on the Initiative’s website, and in promotional materials. The Organizer reserves the right not to publish any of the above content.
3. PERSONAL DATA
3.1. The Organizer is the Data Controller of personal data processed in connection with the Initiative.
3.2. Personal data will be processed in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
3.3. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to participate in the Initiative.
3.4. The Organizer applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data.
3.5. Participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of their data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

4. FINAL PROVISIONS
4.1. The Initiative is not associated with any other contests or promotional activities conducted by the Organizer.
4.2. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms during the Initiative. Participants will be informed of any changes via email.
