Stefan Batory
Co-Founder & CEO at Booksy
Stefan Batory started his adventure with business exactly 20 years ago, within several years he created two companies. The iTaxi.pl application brought him popularity in the Polish business and startup world. Another breakthrough business turned out to be the platform for ordering visits to beauty salons – Booksy, which has a chance to become the first Polish unicorn. Stefan Batory is also one of the mentors of the InCredibles program created by Sebastian Kulczyk. Privately, he is an avid runner and ultra-runner. As he says about himself: „Mathematician by education, entrepreneur by profession and ultra-marathon man by passion.”
Cecile Blilious
Head of Impact and Sustainability at Pitango Venture Capital
Cecile is the Head of Impact & Sustainability at Pitango Venture Capital, Israel’s largest VC, where she is leading the integration of ESG into the framework of mainstream venture capital. Cecile has extensive experience in the combination between the impact and technology worlds for almost 20 years. Previously, Cecile was the Founder and Managing Partner of Impact First Investments, Israel’s first impact investing company.
Cecile founded the mentorship program at the “Keren Shemesh” Foundation for the Encouragement of Young Entrepreneurs as her community volunteering work.
Cecile recently founded and is the chairperson of GITA (the Global Impact Tech Alliance) – a global non-profit organization aiming to serve the impact-tech community worldwide and help it scale through community activities, data aggregation, training and consulting.
Małgorzata Gryz
Chief Operating Officer at Lingaro
Małgorzata brings 30+ years of experience in the IT, CPG and education sectors, since 4.5 years holding a position of Lingaro’s COO. Leading the business operationally, Małgorzata has played a key role in aligning the company around its core values. Holding various roles in Microsoft before, she focused on Partners strategies, Services Delivery and Customers Experience for which she received the most prestigious global reward. Since many years she has been mentoring Women globally, being a true believer in diversity & inclusion as a core of organization development. Recently Małgorzata was featured as one of the top global Data Power Women 2021 by the CDO Magazine.
Jowita Michalska
Founder, CEO Digital University
Jowita’s mission is to equip Poles with the necessary digital competencies. For this reason, she established the Digital University Foundation, which, in cooperation with leading American universities, such as MIT, Harvard Business School, and Stanford, deals with education in the field of new technologies. Jowita organizes, among others certified educational programs such as Digital Transformation Expert, which allow employees to supplement their competencies of the future, conferences such as Masters and Robots or HRevolution. In addition, she engages in charity, supporting people in difficult life situations.
Jowita is also the Polish ambassador of Singularity University, the most important educational think-tank in Silicon Valley. She has over 20 years of business experience, which she gained while working in key positions in large corporations, including Polkomtel, PGE, and Deloitte.
Howard Steinberg

Howard is a seasoned business development consultant specializing in technology (SaaS, Ecommerce and FinTech) and digital media. He focuses on providing dedicated and focused efforts in the following roles: direct and channel sales, account management and on forging strategic alliances and partner management.
Further, Howard has extensive experience working cross-functionally across client and strategic partners’ organizations. Clients have ranged from early startups – US-based and various international countries – to enterprise-level.
Sonia Wędrychowicz

Sonia is Partner in McKinsey’s Dubai office. She is a transformational business and technology leader in transactional and consumer banking, with 25 years of experience across Europe, Asia and USA with passion, high energy and commitment levels, who managed change, innovated and restructured businesses and put them on the path of growth triggered by technology innovation. Prior to joining McKinsey in January 2020, Sonia has served as Head of Technology Transformation at JPMorgan Chase in New York City, COO of digital bank at DBS in Singapore, Head of Consumer Bank in SCB Malaysia. Prior to moving to Asia Sonia spent 18 years working for Citibank at Poland, for the last 6 years holding the position of the bank’s deputy CEO.
Mariam Kobiashvili
Co-Founder and COO at Beauty Lab
Mariam is the Co-founder and COO at Beauty Lab. Having more than 10 years of experience in project management, legal advising and analysis, she decided to start her own business and co-founded Beauty lab. Beauty Lab is a startup operating in Georgia, and providing management software and a mobile app for online reservation to the beauty service providers.
Beauty Lab is the winner of Georgian Government Grant, award winner of Creative Spark – Big Idea Challenge 2020 and a participant of the rapid growth program from Silicon Valley organized by US MAC – “Georgian Women in Tech”.

Kathleen Barrett is SVP of Enterprise and Head of Creator Success at Vimeo, the world’s leading professional video platform and community. She serves as the strategic leader of all Enterprise efforts and overlooks Vimeo’s community, support, and solutions teams, responsible for delivering delightful and engaging customer experiences that help creators succeed and that meet the standards of Vimeo’s brand and quality of service with every interaction.
Alina Iliescu
Automation Innovation Director at UiPath
Alina Iliescu is Automation Innovation Director at UiPath, a leading enterprise software automation company, where she oversees Immersion Lab Innovation initiatives with strategic customers and partners, and governs the operational excellence of the Lab.
Alina has expertise is in strategic planning, direct or indirect execution, budgeting, strong leadership, supervision, and mentoring, helping teams to achieve goals. 20 years of experience in tech (IBM, Microsoft) with consistent track record of performance achievement in IT services, consulting, pre-sales, training and delivery, project & program management.
Prior to UiPath, she held leading roles at IBM, where she acted as Microsoft Competency Leader for Europe, with a focus on growth opportunities and was responsible for enterprise consultancy, implementation and support programs in Microsoft space.
Between day-to-day work, Alina also served as a member of multiple volunteering missions in Africa and Romania, devoting much of her time between 2006 – 2011.

Cindy is expert on Company Culture, People Operations and HR Tech.
Her focus is on building a high-performing organization with a strong company culture, using people data to deliver optimised processes and supporting managers to become better at managing and leading. Prior to being Senior Vice President People at relayr Cindy was Director People & Culture at Amorelie, Chief People Officer at Marley Spoon, Head of HR at DaWanda, payleven (SumUp) and Mendeley ltd (Elsevier).

Lynn is a Customer Experience, Digital Marketing & Digital Product executive who specializes in digital transformation, integration, and innovation initiatives that lean on customer-centricity as a market differentiator. She is currently VP (CMO), Head of Global Marketing and Customer Experience, Wolters Kluwer Health LRP where she leads a large 270+ global team comprising of digital marketing specialists, solution marketers, customer support, PR/Comms, sales operations and enablement, and Business Intelligence/Data/Predictive Analytics experts. She has led large, complex global & regional teams to deliver a vision of Modern Marketing through omnichannel Centers of Excellence, Digital Demand Centers, and “brand-to-demand-to-revenue” full-funnel marketing. In her prior role at B2B software giant CA Technologies, she was Head of Marketing for the APAC region and led corporate digital marketing for three years accelerating expansion of its digital properties for web, social, and search. Before heading the client-side, Lynn was the first Chief Experience Officer at McCann New York, capping her 10+ year career as Head of User Experience for global marketing agencies such as AQKA and Sapient.
